Summary: Fun for all the family!
Comment: Never really had any video games or consoles before, but have to admit that this is pretty good!
The games are fun and even my father got on with it after saying "I'm too old; I won't get the hang
of it" etc. He still holds the record at bowling!

My only complaint is that the Wii
motion plus and nanchuk are not always sensitive enough to register your movements which can be
frustrating, but I am hoping a few emails to the Nintendo helpline will sort this out.

Comment: It's very stylish in black. The remotes are really good but you will need another motion plus sensor
as it only comes with 1. Both games are really good fun on your own and with friends, it's a good
way to awaken the competitive player in you and you will be surprised how much energy you burn :-D

Summary: It's just for games...
Comment: Forget all of the bumf about being able to access the internet and Wii shopping etc. It takes ages
to do this and yet it would take a fraction of your time to buy a different cable and simply connect
your computer to your TV and enjoy more of the internet experience. This is just a simple games
console for playing simple games. As far as games go, the Wii does simple and fun very well. It's a
pity that most games involve time-limits and a ramping-up of difficulty as I'm rather
anti-competition, but there are quite a few games which are just fun.
The whole wii thing is
getting a bit tired now and hasn't really encompassed the leaps in technology which are racing by. I
would give all of the other gaming machines a thorough workout before you commit to Nintendo.

Comment: my doctor politely told me get your butt into gear and lose some weight. I`m 70yrs. old and 5`5" in
my stocking soles and weigh--- wait for it--15 stone 8lbs guess what? I bought this "thingy thing"
on advice from my daughter and 4 year old grandson. best advice I ever had (or took) it`s great.
I`ve never had so much fun. and I`ve lost weight. at the moment of writing I am 14 stone 7 pounds in
less than a month. some going for a 70yr. old obese piece of lard. role on 2012 I`ll be in (at) the
olympics. really it is great fun I love to tell the "trainers" what I think of them and tell them
they ought to have my body. they are only carricatures and can`t answer back but what the hell it`s
good fot the morale. wii plus is excellent. and then I bought the fitness first keep fit "thingy"
brilliant fun you get to pick your trainer choose your goals and away you go. please believe me this
is definately the best keep fit weight loss program on the market it may sound expensive to buy but
I believe it to be well worth the money. and I look forward to the day when it stops saying I am not
obese and I am nice and slim again like wot I used be in my younger days. who knows maybe I`ll start
wearing shorts and things??
