Like PC and Xbox 360 games but prefer the analog stick layout of the Playstation pad? Then the P3200 Rumble Pad is the pad for you.

Mic connection
Customer Rating:
Decent controller, although i found the smaller diameter of the analogue sticks to be uncomfortable. However the crucial thing is the controller does not take the jack from an original x box mic. Very annoying!
Good controller, would recommend.
Customer Rating:
The Saitek PX3200 is a great alternative to Xbox's own controller. Before you buy, you might want to note:
- It is wired.
- The analogue sticks are in the same position as the Playstation 3 controller.
- It is quite a bit bigger than the official controller.
- The buttons, especially the middle home button, feels too flat, and less satisfying to press than the official controller.
All this aside, I enjoyed using this controller and, for the price, it is a great buy.
A Great Improvement.
Customer Rating:
If you've followed the excellent Techno Buffalo series on Youtube, about the Xbox 360 Vs PS3 parts 1 to 10 and especially part 1 where they compare controller pads, then you'll have come to realise, the same as I did, that there's a lot wanting on both systems when it comes to the gamepad.
There's also the added conundrum of having adult sized hands. I've found that the PS3 controller is far too small for my hands, and although the Xbox controller is much, much better: there's still room for improvement. It wasn't until I watched part one of the excellent Techno Buffalo series where they came up with a design that would seem to be an ideal choice of a cross between the two, that I realised just what was needed. As soon as I saw it, I immediately recognised it as the Saitek.
I first discovered the Saitek well over a year ago, but at the time dismissed it as a gimmick. What a mistake that was. Perhaps if I'd been lucky enough to come across it in a store and felt the quality for myself I would have most certainly formed a different opinion. Initially I assumed it was of a cheaper quality, but I'm pleased to say as later investigation has proved, Saitek is a German company and although manufactured in China is built to German engineering quality and exacting standards. Consequently the build quality is excellent. It doesn't twist or creak in your hands and is slightly larger and thus fits adult hands better than the original Xbox controller does, and the buttons and stalks are better positioned and more logical to use. Some would see being wired as a negative, personally I find it more of a positive. Simply because the controls are more accurate and precise as a result. I always found the D-Pad on the original wireless Xbox controller very frustrating simply because it did all the wrong things at all the wrong times and as a consequence had had my original Xbox controller wired for a very long time and much preferred it that way. The low price that Amazon are selling this controller for is an absolute bargain, and at this price I would urge you to buy one and give it a go for yourself, and at this price it certainly won't break the bank. Believe me, the benefits far outweigh any reservations you may have. All in all, an excellent product and as far as Xbox is concerned, it's gotta be the buy of the century.
Brilliant... But...
Customer Rating:
this pad is a God send to those that have PS3's and want to play 360 games... its brilliant... the d-pad on this is better than the one on my friends original 360 pad... this pad works a treat... its the closest you'll possibly get to using a PS3 pad layout on a 360...
Now for the But... 360 Mic or Headphones dont work on this product... appears mine is faulty, will test another when I get a replacement...
Good alternative
Customer Rating:
The pad is a bit bigger than the original Microsoft one, however once you get used to it it is hard to get back to the original as it seems too small and lacks the solid feel this one has. The D-pad is much better and is very precise, ideal for arcade games or times you need exact directional use. The thumbsticks are taller and give you a better sense of control, the buttons overall give a more solid experience.
On the downside I would mention that it makes a bit more noise when it vibrates, however over time the noise went away, so I assume it was just while it was new and had to settle a bit. All in all, compared to the competition, I would point this one out as better, especially for people with bigger hands.
