A great second device for PC (limited for PS3)
Customer Rating:

The diNovo Mini is a great for occasional control of your PC system.
Design - like most recent Logitech offering - is very high quality. With the sleek black and silver finish managing to retain its luster after much 'thumbing', it still looks good after almost a year of use.
The keyboard is well laid out, cramming all required functionality into a genuine hand held size (QWERTY, win media, main music keys, etc). The track pad is responsive and has the perfect texture to provide a degree of feedback, enabling precise control of the cursor. Inclusion of dedicated page scroll buttons adds to the ease of control for web browsing.
Keypad back lighting is a critical inclusion for use when using with 'authentic movie mode' - i.e. the lounge lights are dimmed!
The one niggle re functionality is that a right mouse click requires the FN key to be held down then click the 'left' mouse button. Might not seem like a big deal but a bit of pain as otherwise mouse navigation could be a true one hand affair.
This is certainly NOT a replacement for a full sized keyboard as you cannot use for speedy typing (at least not instantly) but this would surely never be the intention for a purchaser. . .
. . . except maybe PS3 owners. For use with the PS3 this device is limited. Any gain in typing speed is limited so all you really get is a better web navigation option. A little over priced for that and I would recommend a full sized keyboard here.
On that note, for anyone considering this for PC AND PS3 control, I would suggest looking elsewhere. You cannot really run the two in parallel. First you have to move the dongle (as pairing direct to the PS3 is flakey and if the dongle is still in the PC it will hunt there anyway). Second the switch to select PC or PS3 is under the battery cover so that extra bit of faffing required.
Finally, battery life is great - I often forget to put on charge but have never run out of juice - getting a couple of weeks with frequent though light use.
Overall then, a great device for controlling your PC from distance, but keep your main keyboard and not great for PS3 - hence loss of 1 star.

First, the demographics for this device are the typical teenager or college student. Sure, it looks cool and is about the size of your hand, but its size is not necessarily an advantage. It is easily charged and set up with a convenient CD package and a blue tooth USB stick.
You can text, play and watch TV/Movies from a distance (up to 30 feet), but that's if you have perfect vision. I did like the way the media-center instantly pops up and the mouse scroll is easy to work. If I want to text or write an Email, I found the keyboard to be just too small and the set-up is slightly different than a typical keyboard. If you are good at text messaging on a phone, you won't have a problem here. You can change the keyboard to be a `directional pad' or a `touch pad', which is kind of convenient.
As far as viewing anything on your television or in your stereo, you would need a direct cable connection from your PC to your entertainment center. Most people now have a mini-stereo system on their PC or a HTPC anyway. The battery life is plenty long enough and I just keep mine plugged in constantly. Like most Logitech items, the look is sleek and handsome, although the smoked plastic cover could easily be broken or cracked. I see this as a fun toy for teens or people in college or early twenties. Its interesting to see that so many modern items are getting smaller and smaller while the `boomers' group is getting older with less nimble fingers and poorer eyesight. I would inspect one in person before buying.
