Comment: Ok i really hate working out i have tried for years and hated every minute of it. For christmas i
recieved a wii fit best present ever. I am addicted i have used it everyday. I love the step and
hula hoop. I got to admit i also really enjoy the yoga something i thought at one point was just for
hippies or really skinny people. But it is great it relaxs you and tones. I have alreay lost some
weight and i can all ready see some muscles toning. Ok yeah sometime its makes you want to cry, as
it is rude about your weight but especially rude to me about my balance. I have noticed that my
balance is slowly starting to improve. If you want to lost weight and actually have fun this is for
you. Unlike everything else i have tried i have not got bored and gave up this it actually makes you
want to do more. Trust me its worth it.

Comment: I have just bought a Wii Fit because I am on a healthy eating plan and thought this would help it.
Well, my family and I got it yesterday evening and set it up this morning and we've been on it most
of the day. I think it's brilliant. I've done yoga, hula hoop, ski jumping, tight rope walking,
step, jogging, all of which I haven't done in years and believe me i've never had sooooo much fun! I
have absoultely no regrets about buying the Wii Fit and am loving it! Whether it helps with the
weight loss or not I don't care because I am really enjoying it and so is my husband and my
daughter. If you read the negative reports that's just technical tosh in my view, if you want to do
a bit of exercise, have fun and a laugh then this is the thing for you. I've never laughted so much
as to see my husband (from behind giving it 100%) doing the hula hoop, if anything it will make your
ribs and face hurt from laughing...well worth the money and not a second of regret...I LOVE IT!!!!!

Comment: Brilliant game that does actually work......providing you stick with it.
Kids love it, adults
actually use it as a trainer even though they tell the kids they are only playing.
Some good
exercises/running/balancing games that will keep the whole family entertained for ages.
My
only reservation is that like all games, if they are not used for a period of time then they are
soon forgotten about. If this gets to be the case it can be a very expensive 'toy' gathering dust!

Comment: This is just brilliant. We got this for Christmas and I just cant believe how good it is. I have
to admit im a bit of a coach potato and not very active but this is an excellent start to get me
moving and you can work up quite a sweat on some of the games!

I love the balancing
games. My husband and I try and beat each others scores and its starting to get very competitive
!!

Its great how you can unlock new games, gives you more reason to keep going and I
really think that this can be something I shall stick out (and continue to beat my husbands
scores!)

Definitely an all-round family family. My parents are in their mid-fifties
and theyve just got one too.

You just have to buy it - you wont regret it !
