not as good as the last gturismo
Comment:
only 1 player unless you go online so ive heard. not tried even tho there is a menu for 2 players
but that must be online? menus are still slow music boring but graphics are great. you can tune your
car but i prefered the old method where you can add turbos etc. this game can be either very easy or
impossible! there is new rules on certain tracks where you can only tune your car so much, which i
dont remember being on the last game where you get penilized for ramming or taking short cuts. this
makes it hard enough without obviously starting last, getting penilized for them ramming you. but
they dont get penilized for taking short cuts etc. also if you come off the track with bad driving
(so i've heard) when you getting back on it says youve taken a short cut. that was the last straw.
just hope the proper version is better cuz i thought gt was the best driving game out there untill
now. wait for the new one which is out soon

Comment:
Most people have written the exact comments that i would but i would like to add that this (half or
full game) is the best racing game or even best game in the world. GRID may rival it but it won't
beat it. Gran Turismo has and always will be the best racing game ever, not even racing games from
the xBox can beat it although xBox people say they do but what do they know? They bought an xBox
which proves they dont know much :P

Fantastic Preview of What's To Come
Comment:
I think it's unfair to judge this game as a full game. This is more like an extended demo or a
taster version.
So the first thing that hits you is how amazing the graphics are. I've
never seen a game rendered so beautifully. The only criticism I have of them is the jaggies. The
textures are very detailed and the models are very smooth due to the high amount of polygons. Also
the game is rendered in a glorious 1920x1080 (1080p) HD resolution. But the one thing that make this
look really impressive is the reflections.
Secondly, I'd like to comment on the game
physics. This is most probably an even bigger improvement than the gfx over GT4. Even just playing
the game with a controller you can feel how much more realistic the cars response is. Drifting is
now very realistic thanks to the game having a professional handling setting.
There is
very few tracks but the one's that are included are truly amazing and really show off the game's and
PS3's capabilities. You could even find yourself looking at the background rather than the cars in
front on the Eiger Nordwand and London track and certainly the on the replays for High Speed
Ring.
New to GT5P is the ability to have 16 cars in a race and also an in car view.
Both of these are huge improvements and address some of the problems I had with GT4. This is really
starting to feel like the ultimate sim!
One thing that impressed me was the attention
to detail. Even the tiniest one's. Such as when the rear tyre hits a painted line on a corner the
car loses grip or when driving the Lancia Delta the way the clock if fully functional on the dash.
The game isn't perfect but GT5 appears to address what other issues I have such as
more cars, tracks, damage and weather.
I can't wait till my Logitech Driving Force Pro
comes in the post. If your serious about this game I suggest you get one. They're only £35 atm on
Amazon.

top class game
Comment:
I have to admit that I do have the full kit at home when racing with the gt5..including the
playseat+pedals+clutch+gearshifter+matt+46" ultra slim samsung lcd tv which makes this game simply
awesome in full HD mode.
The Logitech g25 steering wheel with gear shifter delivers the GT5
prologue to its limits of brilliance.
I love this game and love the way I just kick serious
butt online with other gamers who try to challenge me.
buy this awesome game and get online
with ps3 and lets have some serious outrageous fun.

Gran Turismo lives up to it's name and this is just the Prologue!
Comment:
I bought this game along with the PS3 because I've always been a huge GT fan. I popped this game in
the slot, fired it up, bough my first car (A 2005 VW Golf I think) and began working on the Class C
races. Instantly I could tell GT had done something astounding with this.
The car physics
are...well they're perfect.
The graphics are stunning...on the cars. The tracks still
need some work, well, not the tracks as such but the scenery surrounding them. Also the crowd need
some work done, just to make them more lively.
I have now pretty much completed this
game, owning almost all of the cars including the illusive F2007 - The Ferrari F1 car from 2007.
This car, and this alone is worth going through the rest of the game for to unlock it. When i first
stepped in this car and took it for it's first run around susuka circuit (bearing in mind I did fly
off the track a lot of times) it physically took my breath away. It's a dream to drive.
/>Even though this is a prologue it's 100% worth getting.
