Well Pleased
Customer Rating:

I am well pleased with this phone. Though it is Skype oriented I found it works also with Voipstunt. When using Skype all of your contacts can be accessed on the handset I couldnt get the contacts with the Voipstunt programme on the handset but the phone worked well accessing them on computer screen.
Make sure to download the latest software from Sogatels website.
It is important to adjust your sound settings for this phone in Skype. I leave it in the hands free position so as not to miss any calls from other Skype users and set the sounds from the sounds list built into Skype.

There are a few fundamental problems with microphone headsets that Skype users have: they look dorkish; they are uncomfortable and ill-fitting; they tie you to the computer; and they are far from compact, taking up too much space when not in use.
Something like a home phone would be useful. Small, easy to dial, feels like you are just using a phone.
Something a little like this wonderful product.
There is another option - full wireless handsets. Effectively these are just like your home cordless phone but link to your computer and use Skype. They cost £70-100 and are only worth it if you like to wander around the house while on the phone, and use Skype a lot.
Otherwise, try a wired handset like this one.
It comes with some software to fully link it to Skype, so you can scroll through your contact list and can make and receive calls without having to use the keyboard at all. The cable is long enough to use it across the room from the computer, and installation is very easy. Call quality is great, unless Skype is being
I never liked using Skype, although I never fully realised how much of that was down to the lame headset. This handset (and several very similar products) make internet telephony a far more palatable proposition. You should buy one today.
Five stars.
