I Agree - avoid

Initially we did get this phone up and running, though it had no range we couldn't move out of the room the cradle was located - so hardly mobile!
But now that the return by date has passed it has decided not to work at all - the irritating thing is unless you live in Holland you can't talk to anybody, the manual is useless and only tells you what you don't need to know and they don't reply to emails to their so called helpdesk. Do yourself a favour and buy something else.

Tried 2 of these with different Windows OS's and they didn't work properly. Amazon kindly refunded.
