the phone is great does the job its suppose to do, installed easy onto computer and laptop. the only thing i dont like is that it doesnt have a loud speaker.

Got half a dozen of these for our office (people felt self conscious with headsets) easy to install and configured straight away. Looks a bit plasticy (because there plastic) but does exactly what we wanted, picks up the phone book from Skype and provides both addresses and caller ID. Would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone (but as always YMMV).

I bought this phone to make private call using skype, at first it didn't work too well and I wrote a review giving it a bad rating. Sogatel contacted me and very politely offered to help me to set up this phone, well, I followed their instructions and after changing some settings (as advised), I tested the phone and Yippee! it works fine, clear at both ends of the call so, I have to say that my first review was a little hasty and I was wrong, the phone by Sogatel is excellent value for money and now, I will recommend it to all. Thank you Sogatel for you advice and help.

a GOOD product which does what it says on the box with the exception of being ready for Windows 7 which it is not.

There is a sticker on the back of the envelope containing the startup disc saying to visit SOGATELs website to download the skpyemate drivers however this could probably change as Windows 7 becomes the norm.

Userguide is simple to follow.

The phone is a good size and ideal for using with your laptop when travelling.

The LCD has a blue back light which is very useful but it would have been even better if this could be afforded to the keypad.

However overall I am very satisfied with the item its a good phone with not too many 'bells and whistles' which keeps everything basic and a recommended buy.
