My Sky+ HD official remote was at a great price and worked brilliantly for the first 2 or 3 weeks, then suddenly it stopped working, for no reason whatsoever, its not the batteries as have tried new ones also, not happy

must have been despatched as soon as the order was received by the supplier, as it arrived in a couple of days with standard free delivery. Exact replacement for original remote (which ceased to work). Includes a sticker inside the battery compartment with brief instructions on how to set it up to control the tv instead of the tv remote (see p 61+62 of sky box instructions).

Approx half the price of a replacement handset from ASDA.

Ordered this remote as a replacement as ours just died and had been shocked by the prices charged by the likes of Maplin & Argos - this was nearly 1/3 of what they charge! Received it next day and and it works a treat, it's exactly the same as the one originally supplied with the box.

Excellent service. Received within two days. Put batteries in and that was it. Worked immediately. Works better than the handset I originally received from Sky!
