I had tried many other simpler products before getting this philips. Absolutely incredible.

Great for free Skype to Skype calls and for cheap calls to landlines and mobiles

Bought the phone for its cordless Skype capabilities. The phone was supplied with V 1.0 driver disk and wouldn't work with my Windows XP laptop. After struggling weith it for a day or 2, I downloaded new drivers from the Philips website. These work great and I'm enjoying cheap national and international calls.

Shame product

I was so dissapointed to use this product,first when I downloaded the USB drive it says the Philip VOIP 321 is not compatible to skype version,I was asked to go to Philip website to check compatibility.I wanted to send it back but amazon says I will cover the shipping to send back the product.To avoid further expenses I decided to keep the product.Although I wanted to send it back within cooling period,but paying the shipping will make me spend more money which already wasted from ordering this product.

I have another one of these devices for another phone line, so I thought I would have this as well and then connect to 2 PCs for my wife and I. Works a treat and a really comfortable phone to use, if a little slippery.

Rubbish, don't buy it!

Not easy to use, i've had the phone for a while now. I cannot add numbers to skype from the handset, Similarly I can only dial numbers that are stored within the skype application on the computer. i have to add them through the computer then find them and dial them, a very slow process.

When I dial from the computer the handset doesn't have any audio so I can't hear the other person.

This stuff should be basic and it should be user-friendly but it isn't. I'm a fairly technical person and I would expect these to be basic features that don't require too much button pushing.

Please don't buy, I have no idea how it has got such high ratings.
