Plastic piece broke off

it was working well but looks as if though it was poorly built ...the plastic piece for holding it on the ear broke off after using for a few days...

Earphone headset

Can't comment on the performance, as I never got the chance to use the headset, as it was very tricky to seat firmly over the ear and required constant adjustment to stop it falling off. Additionally, the supplied connection lead was too short to be of any real use except on a laptop.

Does the job but be careful....

This product breaks easily....no sooner than I'd got it out of the packaging and put it on my ear, it broke. Now I can only use the microphone using the integral shirt clip. Needless to say, I don't think it's durable enough for more than occasional use, and I ended-up buying a different product elsewhere.

Good All Over

I bought this product over a year ago and I didn't expect it to last for money I spent on it. However it's proved me wrong.

The quality of the mic is great; the ear clasp a little uncomfortable but not so much that it's unusable; the clasp can be removed and put in backward to swap ears which is helpful. It doesn't feel too sturdy but it should be fine for those occasional skype calls as long as you take care of it.

I would recommend this product to anyone. You can leave it on your desk and speak, people can still hear you. It's a great product.
